With a coverage area of approximately 140 m² and the capacity to handle over 300 concurrent clients, the U7 Pro XG is well-suited for high-density environments requiring robust and reliable wireless performance.

Robust Hardware and Design

Constructed with durability and efficiency in mind, the U7 Pro XG features a compact design measuring Ø206 x 32.5 mm and weighing 750 grams. Its enclosure is made from UV-stabilized polycarbonate and aluminum alloy, ensuring resilience in various environmental conditions. The access point is equipped with internal antennas offering gains of 4 dBi for 2.4 GHz, 5 dBi for 5 GHz, and 6 dBi for 6 GHz bands. It supports maximum transmit power levels of 23 dBm for 2.4 GHz, 26 dBm for 5 GHz, and 24 dBm for 6 GHz, ensuring extensive coverage. The device operates efficiently within an ambient temperature range of -30 to 40°C and humidity levels between 5% to 95% non-condensing, making it suitable for diverse deployment scenarios.

Enhanced Management

The U7 Pro XG is equipped with a single 10 GbE RJ45 port, providing high-speed wired connectivity that aligns with its advanced wireless capabilities. It supports Power over Ethernet (PoE+) with a maximum power consumption of 22W, simplifying installation by transmitting power and data through a single Ethernet cable. The access point integrates seamlessly with Ubiquiti's UniFi Network platform, offering centralized management and monitoring. Advanced features include wireless meshing, band steering, 802.11r fast roaming, and guest network isolation, enhancing network efficiency and security. The device also supports up to 8 BSSIDs per radio and offers advanced Quality of Service (QoS) settings, allowing for granular control over network traffic to ensure optimal performance for critical applications.
