UAP-AC-M

Ubiquiti UniFi AP-AC-M (also known as UniFi AC Mesh) is a versatile and weather-resistant Access Point designed for both indoor and outdoor deployments. It is part of the UniFi AC Mesh series, which is tailored for extending Wi-Fi coverage in outdoor areas or challenging environments where conventional access points may not be suitable.

Dual-Band Operation: The AP-AC-M supports dual-band concurrent operation, providing 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi networks simultaneously. This allows for better performance and optimal use of available Wi-Fi spectrum.

802.11ac Wi-Fi Standard: The access point supports the latest 802.11ac Wi-Fi standard, which offers higher data rates, improved performance, and increased capacity compared to older Wi-Fi standards.

Weather-Resistant Design: The AP-AC-M is designed to withstand outdoor conditions, featuring a weather-resistant enclosure to protect it from dust, moisture, and harsh weather elements.

Power over Ethernet (PoE) Support: The AP-AC-M supports PoE, allowing both data and power to be delivered through a single Ethernet cable. This simplifies installation and eliminates the need for a separate power source near the access point.

UniFi Controller Integration: The AP-AC-M can be managed and controlled using the UniFi Controller software, providing a centralized platform for configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of the UniFi network.

Mesh Capability: The "Mesh" in its name suggests that this access point can participate in a mesh network deployment, where multiple access points work together to extend Wi-Fi coverage without requiring wired connections between each other.
